What To Expect When You Visit

We love to meet new people at Parkville Presbyterian Church. We constantly strive to be a place “where everyone is loved, where everyone belongs,” and we truly believe that all people can find love and belonging at PPC.

When you visit us on Sunday morning, you’ll find people dressed in jeans and t-shirts, and others dressed in shirts and ties (and pants). Anything you feel comfortable in is okay with us.

You’ll find worship that is neither contemporary, nor traditional, nor blended. It’s dynamic. There are traditional elements that stay the same from week to week. But the music is powerful and ever-changing, matching the mood of the message. And we love to have interactive elements in worship, to allow as many people to participate as possible. Worship is every Sunday at 10am.

Children of all ages and all their noises are more than welcome in worship, but for those who desire it, there is a nursery for children age five and under one floor below. The nursery is staffed by loving professionals, but caregivers who wish to stay with their children may still hear worship through the speakers. There is Sunday School for children and adults age three and up at 9:00am.

Parking is available in front of the church on Main Street, or in parking lots north and south of the main entrance on Main Street. The south lot includes handicapped spaces and easy access to our elevator. There is also easy access to the elevator through an east parking lot off of Route 9. When using the elevator, please come to the 3rd Floor for worship.

We really mean it when we say that everyone is welcome and everyone belongs, and everyone absolutely includes you. If you have any questions about visiting on Sunday morning or the life of our church outside Sunday morning, please contact Pastor Steve at stevenandrews@parkvillepresby.org.
